Loose Leaf Traditional Green Yaupon (1/2 Oz. Pouch)
Sometimes it's nice to keep things simple. Less is more, the devil is in the details, you've heard all of these old adages before. In the spirit of nature's simple elegance, we've created this signature blend. It's hand-harvested from the wild shores of Battle Island, in the middle of Florida's vast wilderness known as the Indian River Lagoon. Florida is the birthplace of Yaupon, and our leaves produce a mellow sweetness of flavor and aroma which cannot be duplicated. Yaupon is naturally low in tannin, so it's never bitter, and it has just the right amount of caffeine to kickstart your day. This blend is minimally processed, and is done so by hand. All of our products are grown without fertilizer, pesticide, or irrigation. Yaupon loves heat and time. It does not over-steep, and requires near-boiling water for a proper steep.
